Thank you for being here

Welcome

Meeting someone usually begins by seeing what they look like.I'd like to reverse that sequence. Before you meet my face, I'd love to share a little of my world with you.Not because appearance and physical attraction don't matter, but because I believe connection deserves to be at the forefront. And if I'm being honest, I would like to be seen before being seen. ;)Thank you for your curiosity.

Values

I am drawn to beauty, not because it looks pretty, but because it makes me feel something. Beauty is a language for me in how I express myself, from the clothes and jewelry I wear to painting or decorating spaces.I love things with depth and meaning. Sharing and discussing deeper topics doesn't just help me know the person, but it also helps me know myself better and feel more connected to Life.I believe art and creativity are essential for the nourishment of the human spirit. I recently realized that my own creativity is in service of connection.

Part 4

Story Time

Artist
I spent most of my life trying to figure out what "my thing" was. It wasn't until I healed my inner child artist that I realized I was an artist! It was like looking for your glasses when they've been on your head the whole time, except I was searching for 35 years!
On a Whim
I texted my friend a confirmation for dinner, except instead of "See you at 8pm," autocorrect said, "See you at prom." Because I'm kinda extra, I made a boutonniere and corsage for us. They turned out pretty good, so I thought, "Hey, maybe I can be a florist!" The next day I applied for a few floral positions and got an interview for a floral manager role. They ended up offering me the job on the spot!
Abroad
In 2015 I was going through a difficult breakup and so I packed a bag and bought a one way ticket to India. I wanted to rediscover myself. I ended up traveling and living there for a year, and it changed my life. It was the best decision I ever made.

Part 7

What I'm Hoping For

I'm hoping to build a relationship rooted in mutual respect, emotional availability, curiosity and kindness.I would love a relationship where we both feel safe to be completely ourselves, to see each other, be seen, and encourage each other's dreams.Where we can laugh one moment and be deep and vulnerable the next.I'm hoping that we never stop being curious about each other, and we continue to choose each other every day, because we want to.I would love to spend time together by wandering through farmers markets, packing a charcuterie picnic, traveling somewhere new or taking a local road trip, cooking together, and doing something creative like painting or making friendship bracelets.I would also love to meditate together, attend spiritual events, and build a fort, just because. :)

I would definitely make random bouquets of flowers for you.
